Colorful Photography

I have been trying to figure out how to install a "pin it" button for my posts because this one, I will have to pin! First I have to post the "colorful" ones in their own. Let me tell you I found Michele Langseth on Facebook and fell in love with her business Little Lollipop Designs and she is so wonderful. A very talented mother of two makes wonderful items for babies and are Fantastic photo props! We became fast buddies and are super creative together! It is a great partnership we have and I look forward to continual amazing relationship! When we got started it was like the most fun and enjoyable photo session right away! Her girls are soo beautiful and so is she. They are a Joy to work with!

Baby Bumps :)

So this summer my great friend Theresia let me take pictures of her Adorable baby belly. I had posted some of those pics on a post. It was so wonderful and really paid off because Confessions of a Prop Junkie featured one of photos of her gorgeous belly. I literally cried when I saw it. I am so proud and honored to be one of the ones featured. It feels really great when you work SO hard at something and somewhere in there someone tells you that you are doing a good job! <3

Random aka: Mega Ran

Ok so this is LONG over due!!! This summer I was Super blessed to be able to photograph one my fav artists Random aka Mega Ran.
Last summer I went to an mc chris show and Mega Ran was opening up for him, immediately loved his music and shared it with everyone I knew who would appreciate it!

So we got in contact on Twitter and he was amazing enough to let me snap some pics of himself and Richie Branson like right before their show! Annnd as luck would have it I had a sick kiddo so I had to rush home without seeing his show :(

Summer Summertime!

Oh I really need to be better about updating my blog.. ;/ The past couple months have been crazy! Trying to spend what little time we had left in summer with my boys as well as squeezing in a bunch of end of the summer shoots. I also finished up a coupe big logo projects I had in the works for businesses. (One of which will be used for an iphone app, so I'll post when that hits)

I have been really blessed in meeting lots of great people over the summer, it has wonderful! I am working day and night to get everyones work done, which can be a little overwhelming at times.. I need to remember to stop and spend some time with the kiddos, take a break from the computer!


 My dad has been truly awesome supporter of my business and I am so so incredibly grateful. He recently helped me get some Amazing new lenses and equipment which will be unbelievable for me and business to take it to the next level, woohoo!! :)



 I also tackled my first Wedding, yay!! I was nervous to do my first solo shooting wedding where I was the main shooter but it went wonderfully! Everything worked out and the pictures are beautiful, SUCCESS! So here are some pictures I have handy of my summer shoots and I will post more later! :)

Wow, it has been WAY too long! My summer has been a crazy busy roller coaster. My photography has taken off and I couldn't be more excited and grateful for that. I have been working like crazy editing and working! I also have been doing quite a few logos for businesses as well. This Fall has filled up with photo sessions and as soon as I wrap up these logos and design work, I will put all design jobs on hold until I am snuggled at home for winter. :) It has also been really important for me to try to stop for a few minutes and enjoy my own children! The beginning of this month my father in law passed away. He had terminal cancer and made it longer than all the doctors gave him. It was a very sad time and we were out of town away from everything for a while. Even though we were gone for some sad circumstances it was really nice to be able to be with my children and family for so many days. I hope every one has had a wonderful summer and got there little ones back to school safe and sound. Here are a couple highlights of some of the shoots I have done. This weekend I am going to be shooting twin babies! Well I am super duper excited about this I am also Extremely nervous because I haven't done little ones (this little yet) I am going to be in a prop search frenzy for the next couple days! The boys and I were playing with marker the other day and I got a pretty cute idea to draw on their feet. Oh course they thought it tickled and was super funny. I think the pictures say it all! :)

My Little Man is 3 Today!!!

Three years ago, I went in to the hospital at 9:00am and by 11:16am I had my beautiful little Owen. He weighed 8lbs. 11oz. (not so little I guess) He has been such a wonderful little man. Happy Birthday Super Owen!! :)

Eyes are the Window to your Soul

I love doing work with eyes! I saw something similar with rainbow iris, so I had to try it and then I got carried away with runny mascara... ;)
